  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds 

we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare event of a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, we offer a 24-hour return window from the time of delivery.

Eligibility for Return & Refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • A complete unboxing video (from the moment the package is opened) is required as proof.

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Return & Refund Process:

  2. Once your return request is verified, you’ll be instructed to ship the product back to us (if applicable).

  3. After we receive the item and complete inspection, your refund will be processed immediately.

  4. The refunded amount will reflect in your account within 2–3 business days.

  5. Wish to Reorder?

    After your refund is successfully processed, you are welcome to reorder the same product if you wish to purchase it again. We’ll ensure a smooth and prompt experience for your next order.
