Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility

Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • You receive an incorrect or missing item.

Unboxing Video Requirement:
To ensure we provide complete support in case of any issues, we kindly request that an unboxing video be recorded and shared immediately upon receiving your package. Send it to: help.gemskuber@gmail.com
This video is mandatory for us to process any claims regarding missing or damaged items. Please note that without a valid unboxing video, Gemskuber cannot be held responsible for such claims. This policy is in place to maintain transparency and due to the delicate nature of our products.


2. Timeframe

You must raise a return/exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The product must be in its original condition, with certification and packaging intact.


3. After 24 Hours

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 24 hours.


4. Important Notes

  • Courier charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping must be arranged and paid by you. We do not provide pickup or cover these charges.


5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10–12 working days.

You’ll be notified once your return is received and inspected. Approval/rejection will be based on internal checks.


6. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Buyer's Remorse: Change of mind or personal disinterest after purchase.

  2. Minor Issues: Small imperfections or outer packaging flaws that don’t affect product quality.

  3. Natural Variations: Slight differences in color, size, or appearance due to lighting, display settings, or handcrafted manufacturing variances.

Customers are advised to carefully check product descriptions and size details before ordering. We are not liable for any perceived differences that fall within acceptable product tolerance levels.


7. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This is because once your order is placed successfully, it is instantly sent for processing.
